2. Payment Policy
Payment method:
Pay at the counter upon check-in
Bank transfer to hold the reservation in advance for peak days
Deposit policy:
Minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost
The order is confirmed when the deposit is completed
The remaining amount is paid upon check-in
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Time Before Check-in Date Policy
7 days before 100% refund deposit
3–6 days in advance 50% deposit refund
Less than 3 days No deposit refund
No-show 100% of total fee
Note: Cancellations must be notified by phone or email and confirmed by Nirvana.
4. Check-in & Check-out Time
Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: Before 12:00 noon the next day
Late check-out surcharge:
Time Surcharge Level
12:00 – 15:00 30%/night
15:00 – 18:00 50%/night
After 18:00 Charged as 1 new night
5. Children Policy & Surcharge
Children < 6 years old: Free (sleeping with adults, maximum 1 child/room)
Children 6 – under 11 years old: Surcharge 100,000 VND/child/night
Children ≥ 11 years old: Charged as adults
Note: Please comply with the maximum number of rooms/tent as prescribed.
6. Notes When Staying
Do not bring pets
Do not use loud speakers that make noise
Do not light a fire/BBQ without permission
Keep the resort clean and have common property
