1. Booking Methods
Guests can make room or tent reservations via:
All reservations must be confirmed via message/email or a confirmation slip from Nirvana Beach Villages.
2. Check-in & Check-out Time
Please inform us in advance if you wish to check in/check out outside of the designated hours so we can better accommodate your needs.
3. Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% – 50% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid at the reception on the check-in day.

4. Cancellation/Booking Change Policy

Cancel at least 7 days in advance: 100% deposit refund.

Cancel 3 – 6 days in advance: 50% deposit refund.

Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
Date changes depend on room/tent availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
5. Children & Pet Policy

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room).

Children 6 – 11 years old: Surcharge of 50,000 VND per child.

Children 12 years and older: Charged as adults.
Pets: Allowed in tent areas (not permitted in indoor rooms), but prior registration is required. Owners are responsible for cleanliness and safety.
6. General Regulations During Stay

No use of illegal substances or banned items within the premises.

No loud noise after 22:00. Please maintain a peaceful and friendly shared environment.

Take care of personal belongings. Nirvana Beach Villages is not responsible for lost items not caused by our staff.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property.
